This is not what I planned for today. I was working on a different colour, shapes & patterns and discovered that I could not find a piece that I needed! It’s hidden? buried? behind? under? Whatever. I said my house is a temporary (?) disaster. I had errands and appointments yesterday and today so time ran a little short to keep up the hunt. This morning, my television wasn’t working, drat. Reboot the box. Didn’t work. Ok, check the modem…should be a nice column of blue lights…NOT lights out and RED! Call support line…robo voice says try this…meanwhile, a live human being comes on and we sort things out. I have tv and internet again!!!
So, how about a couple of my purple Apple Blossom Twigs…sawtooth edge, Basketweave back 10 ruffled plate (Yes, it is.) Smooth edge, Plain back 10 ruffled bowl and smooth edge, Plain back two sides up bowl. For whatever reason, I don’t (currently) have a smooth edge, Basketweave back piece…
I received a nice surprise in the mail this afternoon…a lovely Carnival card from friends at ICGA, letting me know that they missed me. Thank you!!!
Did I mention that my television came back on? I happened to catch a news snippet that the US would be opening its border with Canada on August 21st. Better late…
