Stretch Glass Colors and the Carnival Equivalents

Color is so subjective. Not only is it impacted by the amount of light on a subject, but it can be affected by your monitor or screen on a mobile device. AND our eyes don’t all see the same colors!  This stretch glass color listing was taken from the ‘American Iridescent Stretch Glass’ book (by John Madeley & Dave Shetlar), Dave Shetlar’s website www.shetlarglass.com/stretchglass and many of his personal stretch glass photos and knowledge, generously shared for the purpose of getting good information into the hands of collectors. A sincere thank you to Dave for sharing all of his information. Note that if the stretch color is capitalized, it is an identified manufacturer color; if it is not capitalized, it is a color assigned by collectors and has not yet had official documentation listing it from the manufacturer.
