About Open Edge 2 Row
This Fenton pattern is characterized and named after the two rows of open holes that are on the top edge, the back/outside is a basketweave pattern. Many colors are easily attained, but there were a large amount of colors produced. Some variations are the advertising pieces with a company name in the middle of the center (see oe2row-fenton-advertising). Open Edge 2 Row with advertising (3 versions):
Two sizes of Open Edge 2 Row Hats - Small and Medium. Base sizes differ, but the easiest way to determine the size is to count the number of double holes. Small have 16 sets, Medium have 18 sets.
