When this toothpick holder sold in 2014, it was called “Skater’s Shoe.” I like the name “Roller Skate” better as it’s more descriptive. It’s in marigold and brought $160. I have no idea about the manufacturer.

The shapes in this elaborate pattern incude 6-inch bowls (sometimes called compotes or nut bowls), vases about 5 inches tall, and rare large bowls. The small bowls and vases appear to have been made from the same mold. Above are a typical bowl and a vase, both smoke....
